PSPF Release 2024 – Guidelines amendment

An update to the PSPF Release 2024 Guidelines has been published on the PSPF website.

The PSPF Release 2024 Guidelines have been republished on the PSPF website to accommodate the following changes:

  • Table 1 amended to recognise the Department of Home Affairs is responsible for the Australian Government Gateway Policy (page 4).
  • Table 2 amended to allow the Australian Secret Intelligence Service, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Office of National Intelligence to issue/revalidate Positive Vetting security clearances (page 6, 7).
  • Introduce the Australian Government security classification equivalencies across foreign governments as Table 30 (page 148).
  • Section 17.1 amended to correct security clearance requirements for temporary access to SECRET and TOP SECRET information (page 183).
  • Section 23.1.2 Facility Site Selection amended to refer to PSPF Requirement 0191 (page 248).
